The homeowner can request a change in the “My Listing” section of the period during which the scaffolding will be present. This request is subject to approval by the platform and will not be possible in certain circumstances. It is important that the period listed on the platform corresponds to the real life situation. After a reservation is made by the advertiser for your property, the homeowner’s request for a change in period / duration can only be accepted based on mutual agreement between advertiser and homeowner.

After reservation by the advertiser, we take a retaining fee. We proceed by registering for a permit. Only after receival of said permit, a booking can be made by the advertiser and the payment will be made in full. After payment in full by the advertiser, approximately 1 month before the start of the campaign, a change in period/duration can only be made in mutual agreement between advertiser and you

Payment after the project. If the duration of the project is > 3 months, a monthly payment will be set-up.
