1. Service Description

Our platform connects houseowners ("Hosts") with advertisers ("Advertisers") to facilitate OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising on scaffolding during renovation periods.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Listings & Advertising Content

• Hosts must own or have rights to offer the scaffolding space.
• Advertisers must submit lawful, non-offensive content that complies with local advertising rules.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove content or listings at our discretion.

4. Fees & Payments

• Rental & production fees, local taxes and payment terms are displayed on the platform. Commissions and service fees differ based on the service offered by the platform.
• All payments will ultimately be processed via third-party providers. Meanwhile bank transfer might apply. In case of third-party providers, we do not store payment details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on individual agreements between Host and Advertiser, unless otherwise specified in the listing. Platform fees may be non-refundable.

6. Liability

We facilitate connections but are not party to the contract between Host and Advertiser. We are not liable for:

• Advertising content
• Technical interruptions
• Disputes between users

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
